  1. ONE 8-foot, skirted exhibitor table. (Your choice of location on a first come, first served basis – i.e.,
    first to return form, first to select space; second to return form, second to select space, etc. ).
  2. 2 conference tickets per Booth - includes breakfast, admittance to training sessions & lunch.
