A proven leader, Richard Haggerty has worked in the real estate industry for over 35 years. Richard was a driving force behind the merger of the Hudson Gateway MLS and the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island which resulted in OneKey MLS, the largest Multiple Listing Service in New York State.  Throughout his career, Richard has been active and involved in both Association and MLS Business. He served previously as Chief Strategic Growth Officer of OneKey® MLS and as CEO of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors®, Inc (HGAR). He has also served as the CEO of the Hudson Gateway MLS, the second largest MLS in New York State.  In 2017, he brokered the absorption of the Manhattan Association of REALTORS® by HGAR and the Bronx Association of REALTORS®.  Richard has been an active instructor for the National, New York State, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Oregon, and U.S. Virgin Islands Associations of REALTORS®. He has served on numerous committees, including the Professional Standards Committee and the Association Executives Committee of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), as well as numerous Committees of the New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR).  Richard Haggerty currently serves in the role of CEO for OneKey MLS.
