This course will explore the history and evolution of the MLS both locally and regionally right up to the current day including an overview of the implementation schedule of Corelogic’s Matrix system and the new add edit feature. You will then learn how to use three tech tools that come with your OneKey MLS Subscription, CubiCasa to create a floor plan and InfoSparks and FastStats to create customizable and static market reports. We will then move to the intersection of the MLS and Social Media, demonstrating how to leverage OneKey MLS data on your social platforms. The course will conclude with an exploration on how OneKeyMLS.com provides consumer tools for an enhanced user experience.
