By registering for and/or attendingThe Long Island Board of Realtors, Inc. (LIBOR) Education Conference, all participants agree to be bound by, and comply with, the followings Terms and Conditions.
CONSENT AND RELEASE
LIBOR will be conducting video recording and still photography of meetings, sessions and events during the LIBOR Education Conference for use in connection with future educational, promotional and marketing activities of LIBOR in any medium now known or created in the future. Your participation in LIBOR’s Education Conference constitutes your consent to the video recording and still photography of the event and your release of LIBOR from any claims related to LIBOR’s use, reproduction or distribution of your name, likeness, image, voice and/or appearance.
UNAUTHORIZED Recording of Presentations is Prohibited
No individual or entity other than LIBOR may electronically record or broadcast any portion of LIBOR’s Education Conference & Trade Show. Unauthorized recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of any part of LIBOR’s Virtual Day of Learning, including all speaker presentations, is strictly prohibited. Please note that no presentations will be recorded without prior consent of LIBOR and the presenters.
UNAUTHORIZED SOLICITATION
Solicitation of business on the premises of LIBOR’s Education Conference by anyone other than official LIBOR exhibitors is strictly prohibited.
ACKNOWLEGEMENTS REGARDING CONTENT
By registering, you also acknowledge and agree that: i) the ideas and opinions offered at programs presented during the LIBOR Education Conference represent the ideas and opinions of the speaker and are not necessarily those of the Long Island Board of Realtors, Inc.; ii) the ideas and opinions presented in program sessions, as well as the products and services displayed by exhibitors at the Education Conference should not be construed as a recommendation or endorsement of ideas, opinions, products, or services by the Long Island Board of Realtors, Inc.; and iii) in issues affecting legal, financial, or accounting matters, attendees should consult with trained professionals to address their individual situations.
