Leah has been engaged in the practice of residential real estate since 1992, and is the President of Park Sterling Realty.

But more than just a basic practitioner, Leah is engaged in the real estate industry at the local, state and national levels.  She currently holds the position of Chair of the Legislative Committee of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, with over 13,000 members.  She has been President of her local Association, Chair of the OneKey MLS, and has been a Member or Chair of myriad committees at her state association, NYSAR.

Leah values education and expertise. She is a Certified International Property Specialist, holds the At Home With Diversity Certification, is a graduate of the Instructors Training Institute and the lead Mediator for the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors. When she is not working in real estate, she serves on the Board of the Bronxville Chamber of Commerce, and the Chair of 501c3 Westchester Residential Opportunities – the region’s oldest and largest Fair Housing organization.  Leah is also wife to husband Doug, mother to son Joseph, and an avid outdoors-person.
