Long Island Board of REALTORS®, Inc. (“LIBOR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) recognizes the importance of safeguarding the personal information of individuals who engage with our digital services. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Elevate Education Conference Event App (the “App”), which is made available in connection with the 38th Annual Education Conference and Trade Show, to be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, New York (the “Event”).

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

The categories of information we collect depend on how you interact with the App.

a. Information You Provide Voluntarily

  • Company affiliation, professional title, and LIBOR membership information

  • Internet Protocol (“IP”) address
  • Device identifiers and mobile device characteristics
  • Operating system and App version
  • Usage data, including navigation patterns and feature interactions

This information is collected to facilitate operation of the App and to improve its functionality and performance.

d. Device Permissions

Subject to your consent, the App may request access to certain device features, including:

  • Camera, for functionality such as QR code or badge scanning
  • Location services, to enable location-based features within the Event venue

You may manage or revoke such permissions at any time through your device settings.

2. Use of Information

We may use the information collected through the App for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the App and related Event services
  • To manage Event registration and attendee participation
  • To facilitate networking and communication among Event participants
  • To personalize and enhance the user experience
  • To communicate with you regarding Event schedules, updates, and administrative matters
  • To provide information regarding LIBOR programs, services, and future events
  • To monitor and analyze usage trends and improve the App

The manner in which your information is used will depend on the context in which it is collected.

b. Event Participants, Sponsors, and Exhibitors

5. Attendee Profiles and Networking Features

The App may provide functionality that enables users to create profiles and interact with other Event attendees.

Any information you include in your profile, or share through networking features, may be visible to other participants. You are responsible for the information you elect to share and may have the ability to adjust visibility settings within the App.

6. Push Notifications

The App may send push notifications relating to:

  • Event schedules and updates
  • Session reminders
  • Operational or administrative announcements

You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

7. Data Retention

LIBOR retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the App and related services
  • Administer, evaluate, and improve the Event
  • Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations
