Matt Kelly is the owner of WRKHORSE Real Estate Co. and a top-producing residential real estate broker serving the Augusta, Georgia area. Matt sold 109 properties as a solo agent in 2025 and had already sold 28 homes year-to-date at the time this bio was written in March. He has also seen his hairline recede by that same amount, in the same timeframe. He has built a reputation for combining local market expertise with bold branding, rapid communication, to deliver a high level of service for buyers and sellers across the CSRA (Central Savannah River Area).
He has helped raise over $200,000 for local non-profits all while dressed as Shania Twain/Dolly Parton. He was recognized by Augusta Magazine in 2023 as one of the Top 10 in 10 Young Professionals to Watch and is a graduate of Leadership Augusta (2023), Georgia Association of Realtors Leadership Academy (2023), Realtors of Greater Augusta Leadership (2022), and Leadership Columbia County (2021). He currently serves as a Local Board Director, GAR YPN Chair, NAR YPN Advisory Board Member, and Habitat for Humanity Board Member
Outside of work, Matt is an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan, even if the university apparently had no interest in letting him get within 100 yards of its educational facilities. He also enjoys collecting bass guitars, although by his own admission, he has not actually picked one up in two years.
